ABOUT ME


Ariadni Aguilar is a first-generation Mexican-American multi-hyphenated producer from Passaic, New Jersey. Ariadni is deeply passionate about music and the entertainment industry as a whole.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University in 2018 and an MBA in 2021, Ariadni has been the producing force behind countless activations that included renowned brands such as Nike, Jordan, adidas, and New Balance, leveraging her business acumen to drive success.

Ariadni has also produced concerts and parades for X96.3 radio station and Univision 41. Most notably, being the lead executive producer for O.M.A.U, which ended up being Passaic, New Jersey's largest attending festival to date.

Ariadni is also skilled in managing and curating social most recently for ENVSN Festival and various other small businesses, increasing their reach while maintaining true to the identified target audiences.

Along with varying production work, Ariadni founded Por mis Padres, a platform that inspires and motivates first-generation college students. With her extensive knowledge and experience in producing and managing, she encourages others to achieve their goals by sharing her story and providing resources that may lift others into roles they otherwise thought were impossible for them to excel in.

SPECIALITIES

  • As an email marketing specialist, I am responsible for developing email marketing strategies that involve analyzing customer data, segmenting email lists, and developing targeted campaigns. I also need to create compelling email content, design visually appealing email templates that are optimized for different devices, manage email subscriber databases, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Additionally, I need to track and analyze email performance metrics to continually optimize email campaigns. It is my responsibility to ensure that the email campaigns are effective in building brand awareness, driving sales, and engaging with customers.

  • I am responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that help increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately support your business goals. My day-to-day activities involve managing multiple social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.I also analyze and report on the performance of your social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve their impact. To stay ahead of the game, I stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate these insights into our strategy as appropriate.

    Overall, my goal is to help you achieve a strong and active social media presence that engages your audience, builds brand loyalty, and drives growth for your business.

  • As an executive producer, my main responsibility is to oversee the entire production process of a project, collaborating with different departments to maintain quality and ensure that timelines and budgets are met. I am also responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and managing the project's budget, including developing contingency plans to mitigate financial risks. Ultimately, my role is to ensure that the project is executed to the highest standards possible, within budget, and on time.

  • As a marketing coordinator, my primary responsibility is to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. I collaborate with various teams, including creative, digital, and sales, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and target audiences. My day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, tracking campaign performance metrics, coordinating events and promotions, managing social media accounts, and preparing reports. I also work with vendors and agencies to ensure that deliverables are on schedule and within budget. My goal is to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the company's marketing efforts.

  • As a Project Manager, my primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of a project, from the planning stage to final delivery. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, creating detailed project plans, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress to ensure that the project stays on track. I am also responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, communicating project status updates to stakeholders, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, I work to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project and am constantly looking for ways to improve project processes and outcomes. Overall, my role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
